My role is to stand with you from start to finish, to help you avoid common pitfalls, and ultimately to achieve that successful outcome. I’m here to ensure you’re better prepared, better educated and better equipped throughout your visa application process.

I completed my legal training at Cardiff University, and I was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn. I am registered with the UK government’s immigration regulator (OISC), and as someone who went through the UK immigration journey myself, I can relate to my clients’ experiences.

Sponsor Licence Cross Icon

From January 2021, employers in the UK will need to have a sponsor licence to employ most workers from outside the UK. Employers will not need to sponsor an EEA or Swiss national, or their eligible family members provided that these nationals applied for status on the EU Settlement Scheme by 30 June 2021, and they have been granted pre-settled or settled status. You do not need to sponsor Irish citizen (with very limited exceptions) and people with settlement status.

Self-Sponsorship offers you the opportunity to set up a new business in the UK without the need of a UK sponsor. This approach allows you to enter the UK to work and live by making an application for a Skilled Worker visa via Self-Sponsorship, that is being sponsored by your own UK firm (preferably with the assistance of a UK resident Director).

The Skilled Worker visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa route. Changes to the new points-based immigration system (PBS) has allowed employers to sponsor a wider workforce globally, and this PBS include the Skilled Worker visa route.
